Brief:
To provide the managers of Langley & Partners, a medium sized accountancy practice, with an over view of the sales process in order that they could start to help the partners acquire new business for the firm.
Leapfrog ran 1 day “How to Win New Business” training sessions. The courses focused on:
- Establishing where new clients could come from
- How to network effectively
- Spotting sales opportunities through existing clients
- The Sales Structure - with an emphasis on uncovering client needs
Result:
Managers felt more confident in identifying how and where they could start the process of bringing in new clients and understood the need to have a more sales focused attitude.
