To undertake the whole recruitment process and recruit sales people on a regular basis for 2bsourced.co.uk, a thriving promotional merchandise distributor.
Leapfrog wrote and placed job advertisements. Sifted through CV's and did all the first round interviews before recommending candidates to the Sales Director and MD to meet for the second interview.
Result:
