Brief:
To undertake a consultancy project to assess the issues arising from all the incentive schemes run and make recommendations for change.
Leapfrog met with sales people, sales managers and the MD to understand how all the existing incentive schemes were run, how sales people felt about them and if they increased revenue.
Result:
Recommendations to decrease the number of incentives ensured better enrolment in the schemes and revenue increases at the end of each month.
