  • Open courses entice you into thinking your team will be able to “Close that Deal” once the “famous” American style “enta-trainer” has finished his 3 hour rendition.
  • Training is a risky waste of money and it is better to learn on the job from the owner / manager of the business.

Leapfrog Offer: Training course + 1 on 1 coaching.

Leapfrog offers you and your team a properly constructed sales training programme that builds competency over time. We recommend a mixture of training and post training coaching sessions. This unique mix of training and coaching ensures that once your team return back to their desk and the normal office routine that the skills they picked up from the course WILL be implemented.

Why?...because:

  • The trainer will be back in your office or on the telephone coaching them a week after the course and then again a month later – so there is no chance that we will let their skills lapse!
  • When Leapfrog coaches we encourage the delegate to take responsibility for improving their skills. They are the ones to decide how they will use the theory in order to improve their results.
  • All Leapfrog trainers have a proven track record in sales and training. So as well as being effective trainers we understand the pressure to reach targets and increase revenue.

Leapfrog provides a consultative service. We meet with you to ensure we provide interactive and commercially relevant training that is tailored to the needs of your team and business.

  • A course is never run until we understand the issues your team or business face. We do this by coming into your offices to meet with you and get a full training and delegate brief.
  • Any training and coaching programme is then developed to meet with your requirements.
  • Our training courses are run in small groups of no more than 6-8 people so that practical exercises can be used as part of the training and help put theory into practice.
