Joanna Sadie

Joanna has 16 years of sales, sales training and recruitment experience. Her career started in b2b media sales before she moved to the fast paced world of newspaper sales and ran a team at The Independent. In 2000 she established Leapfrog. Through Leapfrog Joanna has recruited, trained and coached sales people from many different industries including Media, Finance & Accountancy, and has focused most recently on in-house consultancy and training for companies in the competitive world of Promotional Merchandise. She is passionate about providing a service tailored to the needs of the client so that improvements to sales skills can be identified and measured.

Sandra Davis

Sandra Davis has twenty years of working in communications and marketing. During the last five years, she has focused on coaching presentation and management skills for a wide range of companies, including AXA, Centrica and Nokia, professional services partnerships and global banks such as BNP Paribas. Previously she was head of corporate communications for George Wimpey PLC, and worked as a consultant for marketing and PR agencies including Edelman and Hill and Knowlton where she ran global communications programmes for UPS, American Express as well as Forte.

Sandra's trainees get an added dimension to their sessions as she is a qualified speech therapist and can provide specialist advice on verbal presentation skills.
